ABOUT FAUCHON HOSPITALITY
Fauchon is a 130-year-old, family-owned company involved in French luxury gastronomy since 1886. An innovator in luxury contemporary gastronomy, Fauchon operates restaurants, catering cafes, and retail outlets, with a collection of over 100 franchise shops, restaurants, and 400 points of sale in 50 countries.
On September 1st, 2018, Fauchon opened its first luxury boutique hotel: Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris, situated on the Place de la Madeleine — the legendary home of the Fauchon brand. Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris is only the first step in Fauchon’s bid to become a global hospitality company. Earlier this year, the Fauchon Hospitality organization was formed to manage the creation of an international network of 20 boutique hotels around the world. The company has proved itself successful in taking on this challenge as a second location was confirmed just eight months after the Paris opening: Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto, scheduled for a public opening in 2021.

OUR DEVELOPMENT VISION
Fauchon Hospitality plans to establish a portfolio of 20 hotels worldwide over the next decade. Our development strategy involves cooperating with the best local third-party management companies and operators within the structure of a long-term partnership.
For our continued global expansion, the top priorities include countries where Fauchon is well known (Europe, Japan, Middle East, Eastern Asia) and countries or cities where the Fauchon Hospitality target customers and affluent travellers are very present: Los Angeles, Miami, New York, London, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris will be the inspiration and model for all future developments and will operate as an academy to train all teams worldwide.
Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto, the first harbor of the Parisian hospitality brand abroad, is developed following this strategy. The opening of this second hotel in March 2021 marks an important turning point for the gourmet brand as a creator of luxurious hospitality experiences.
